I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about reconnecting with your authentic self.
I’m a holistic, trauma informed therapist who works with people feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles of unending crises. Many of my clients come seeking relief from emotional pain, burnout, self-doubt and feeling disconnected and unfulfilled.
My approach blends three core pathways for healing:
