I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about reconnecting with your authentic self.

I’m a holistic, trauma informed therapist who works with people feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles of unending crises.  Many of my clients come seeking relief from emotional pain, burnout, self-doubt and feeling disconnected and unfulfilled.

My approach blends three core pathways for healing:

  • Regulating your nervous system so you can feel calmer and more present in daily life..
  • Shifting thought patterns so you can break free from stuck cycles and develop kinder, more supportive self-talk.
  • Exploring your deeper self so you can uncover what truly matters and align with your values and inner truth.

I integrate these core pathways with non-judgmental listening and compassionate guidance to create a safe and supportive space that encourages growth and change. Together, we focus on building a life where you feel more at ease, clearer about what you want, and connected in ways that feel true to you.
